The Grohe 28 528 has a 30 degree pivot adjustment. No fixture can be added to increase this.
is there a 60-70 degree ball/pivot adjustment? Can you add a fixture to obtain more flexibility to adjustments??

You will need a thermostatic valve and trim to control your temperature (like the 19 170 for example) and then a volume control trim (19 182) for each source of water. You can also use a diverter instead of the volume control like 19 181
What do I need so that I can control when the Body Spray and Shower are on. I would like to be able to have both on or just one. Also, what if I had a hand held in addtion to a shower head and a body spray?

That is a good question! The Grohe 28 528 and the Grohe 27 070 seem to be the exact same shower head. They have the same functions and the same dimensions. The only difference I could find is that they are in different collections. One is darker than the other but other than that they are the same.
What is the difference between the Grohe 28 528 and the 27 070?

The Grohe 28 528 can pivot 30 degrees in any direction.
When you say that the 28 528 has a 30 degree pivot does that mean it can be tilted 30 degrees from center in any direction?
