I intend to buy this product -sku 5105-05- and other bathroom lighting for use in Africa specifically in Nigeria. Can the product be used in Nigeria where the voltage in 220 and what type of bulbs does it use? Can I find them in Nigeria?

Can CFL's be used in this fixture?
A. Yes, CFLs or compact fluorescent light bulbs can be used in this wall fixture. CFLs don't exactly have standardized dimensions so you will want to test fit the bulb before trying to screw it in. And please remember that if your fixture is on a dimmer switch to get dimmer capable CFLs (regular CFLs don't work with dimmer setups).

I would like to get 4 of these but I would like the bronze with the opal white glass.
A. The Forte Lighting 5105-05 comes as pictured with the umber linen glass. They don't switch out the glass, they come together as is. If you wanted to get the satin opal glass you would have to purchase the separate glass shades. The shade model for the Satin Opal Glass is: 51-5105-52. If you would like to still continue with the purchase we may have to add the shades for you but it can be done.

Can I get the whiter glass (which I think would be Satin Opal) with the antique bronze finish. It's a long story, but that would work better for me. Thanks

I want to install this fixture in down position. I don't want bulbs to show below the globe. Are there smaller medium base bulbs that will work with the same wattage and light production as a standard medium base bulb? I don't want to use CFL bulbs.

Great deal on this good looking light. The main bar is more curved than it appears in the picture but overall it is a very nice light for a very good price.

I reviewed many products and settled on this one based on price and style. Although my order was back ordered it arrived two weeks early. It arrived in excellent condition and easy to install. I would definitely recommend.

Socket alignment
The only problem is the manufacturer's quality control on assemble. The lamp sockets are not aligned in a parallel position to the housing. Meaning, when you install the bulbs they do not always point directly up. I'm afraid to try to bend them as I may cause more damage.
This is especially visible when installing fluorescent bulbs or designer bulbs.

Very Satisfied Customer
Love the light. We looked at many different lights and found this one and liked it because it was different from others that we liked and in the price range we wanted to spend. I ordered the Brushed Nickel thinking it would match with my platinum chrome, but i didn't like it. I called to order the Chrome and to send back the Brush Nickel. The Customer Service was excellent and i received the lights quickly. The exchange went so smooth. Thank you

Almost Perfect!
I used this as a down light. My contractor installed it, so can't comment on ease of installment. I love the curve to the light fixture and the shape of the shades. Using it as a down-light shows the bulbs a little more than I would like - I'll see if I can purchase shorter ones in the future! Looks great!

LOVE this fixture!
I needed a new light fixture for my master bath but didn't have a lot of budget. The choices at the stores in my area were not great so I went online and found this one. It was exactly what I needed and I love the contemporary look. I also like that I can use regular light bulbs and won't have to pay the expense of speciality bulbs. It was easy to install and really updated the look of our bathroom. Highly recommend it!

Great Lights
I purchased these lights for my guest bathroom that I am remodeling. The lights are beautiful and were easy to install. I am using them as down lights and they look just as good as the picture of them facing up. I love these lights.

Very classy
I ordered 2 of these for my master bathroom and I am not disappointed. One came dented but they were very good to exchange it. I did have to wait quite a while to get the replacement because of backorder.... but all in all I am very pleased with the fixture and the brushed finish!

Product sold as “Discontinued” or “Close-Out”, is not warranted by our company and is not returnable.
