    A. Packaging products is done at the manufacturers warehouse so we have no control over that, however we can contact the manufacturer to ensure that there is enough packaging to protect the glass covers so no products are broken in transit.

  • Is the rod that the lights are on curved (in a sort of circular fashion) or straight?

    A. The Forte Lighting 5105-04 is slightly curved in a semi-circle.

  • Can compact flourescent bulbs be used with these lights?

    A. The Forte Lighting 5105-04 can use either because any incandescent bulb can be replaced with a CFL.

Disappointment I would not recommend this light to anyone. To begin with, it is too small to go over a bathroom mirror. The worst part is the way it's made. The globes are so small that a man's hand can't begin to reach inside to screw in the bulb or the ring that is required to hold globe in place. I am a very petite female & my hand would not fit. It was a nightmare trying to get the ring in. One of the globes was stripped & we actually had to glue it on. If we ever decide to change, we will have to break the globe. Worst product I have ever ordered from any company. May 1, 2011

just one problem We hadn't decided on the light fixture when the electrical connection was installed. If we'd thought it through better we would have chosen to have the fixture installed lower. We're going to have to stand on the counter to change the light bulbs! January 2, 2011
Fabulous Buy! We ordered this in the chrome finish. It is actually of finer quality than shows on this website. The metal arcs toward the wall (nice design). Four bulbs gives a good amount of light to a bath room. The light fixture arrived in perfect quality. They must have fixed the packaging problem I read about. Very high end looking. December 22, 2010
Great Lights We got these in chrome for our kids bathrooms. They are plenty bright. They actually can go up to (4) 100 W lights, but we just used 60W and that's plenty bright. We installed ours with the lights facing down and it looks great. It was an excellent value for the price. We have no complaints and we are happy we got them. (Note, we did not install these ourselves.) November 12, 2010

Very nice fixture This fixture matched perfectly with the rubbed bronze finish of our other bathroom fixtures. We ended up turning the fixture upside down since it seemed to look better over our vanity. May 1, 2010
Antique Bronze is REALLY "Flat Brown" I purchased this fixture in the antique bronze finish. When I opened the box, I was suprised to find that the finish really has the appearance of flat dark brown. To me, there is a distinct difference between antique bronze and brown and the finish should be advertised as such. September 28, 2009
The Right Amount of Light We just finished an almost complete remodel of our bathroom. We like to see things in person before purchasing them, but were just unable to find affordable lights in any of our local stores. As a result, we were hesitant about purchasing online, but are now so glad we did. We bought two of these lights, one over each sink, and the cast just the right amount of light. August 4, 2009

Forte Lighting, Inc. warrants its products against structural defects only, for one (1) year of shipment. Finish of our product is warranted for six (6) months after date of shipment. Products that are stored or used in extremely damp or salty air locations and / or conditions, which includes, but not limited to, intense sunlight, high winds, or acid rain, where product tends to tarnish easily, are warranted three (3) months from date of shipment. Forte Lighting, Inc. will replace, at our discretion, products that fail to operate structurally, within the warranty does not cover products that were improperly installed or those in which parts have been tampered with or changed. The compliance of our product to project specification and approval for their use is not warranted by our company. Product sold as “Discontinued” or “Close-Out”, is not warranted by our company and is not returnable.

Forte Lighting, Inc. will not be responsible or liable to buyer, its’ agents employees, or any third party for cost incurred in the removal or reinstallation of any incidental damages resulting in loss of use, loss of revenue. Loss or profit, arising out of, or in connection with natural disaster, catastrophe, fault or negligence of the user or any third party, including without limitation, shipping and / or damage.
