Poor Design, Brittle Glass
I wanted to like this piece as from all appearance it could have been a very lovely addition to my interior lighting for a guest room. Sadly however a combination of extremely poor design and very low quality glass which is extremely brittle made this product one to simply avoid. The fixture is very clumsy to assemble and there is a definitive lack of thought in its engineering. This one is best left in the box. If this is an example of how well Forte's products are put together, then I would strongly recommend you look somewhere other than to Forte Lighting for your lighting needs.

great deal
We needed a light for the sloped ceiling in our pantry/laundry room. This was one of the few fixtures I found that was specifically for sloped ceilings. The tapestry finish is metallic-multi-colored, but from a distance (when installed) it has a bronze look. It was an excellent price. We did have one problem - the glass bowl that was included with the lamp was the wrong one, but faucetdirect responded promptly by sending us the correct part.

happy client...
Bought this for a client's entryway, was just the right finish, size and quality for the condo, glad I remembered the site said it was convertable to a flush mount, since the extra parts and instructions were a little confusing, but pretty much no problem to assemble...figured it out just fine!
Very happy, as usual, with all of the lights on this order!

Forte Lighting, Inc. warrants its products against structural defects only, for one (1) year of shipment. Finish of our product is warranted for six (6) months after date of shipment. Products that are stored or used in extremely damp or salty air locations and / or conditions, which includes, but not limited to, intense sunlight, high winds, or acid rain, where product tends to tarnish easily, are warranted three (3) months from date of shipment. Forte Lighting, Inc. will replace, at our discretion, products that fail to operate structurally, within the warranty does not cover products that were improperly installed or those in which parts have been tampered with or changed. The compliance of our product to project specification and approval for their use is not warranted by our company. Product sold as “Discontinued” or “Close-Out”, is not warranted by our company and is not returnable.
Forte Lighting, Inc. will not be responsible or liable to buyer, its’ agents employees, or any third party for cost incurred in the removal or reinstallation of any incidental damages resulting in loss of use, loss of revenue. Loss or profit, arising out of, or in connection with natural disaster, catastrophe, fault or negligence of the user or any third party, including without limitation, shipping and / or damage.
Except as stated herein, there are no warranties expressed or implied. Warranty period begins on date of shipment from Forte Lighting, Inc.
