I was wondering if i can use this kit in a shower enclosure?

You list the 12881 as a housing/trim kit then note housing required(am I confused or stupid).
A. Our apologies for the confusion. The Eurofase Lighting 12881 is a self-contained kit when installing the light in a finished ceiling. The required housing is for installing Eurofase recessed lighting kits in new, unfinished construction. If you are installing this light in a finished ceiling, you can decline the required new construction housing before adding the product to your cart.
