answer to question not accurate Hello, I just received this faucet. It looks great and the shopping process was great. There is one flaw though.... the spray head is PLASTIC!!! The Q&A says that there are no plastic components on the faucet... i knew the price was too good to be true... but it looks great... will follow up once it is insatalled. May 2, 2011
I like this faucet When we received this faucet there were scratches all over the base near the handle. I called the customer service number and they sent a replacement and had the damaged faucet picked up. The service was great. In the FAQ's for this product it states that there are no plastic parts on this faucet which does not appear to be true to me. I will believe that all INTERNAL parts are metal, which was what I was most concerned about. The pull-down grip itself is plastic, I'm sure of it. A little disappointed about feeling misled, but overall very happy. ****An additional note. We mounted this in a SINGLE HOLE DROP-IN STAINLESS STEEL sink on a granite TILE counter top. It wobbles a little because the sink is not rigid enough. If you are choosing a drop-in sink, either choose a more solid sink such as a granite composite or make sure it is a THREE WHOLE sink so you can use the support plate the sink comes with. Mounting this faucet on a granite slab for an under-mount sink is ideal. April 20, 2011
Love it! Overall very happy with this faucet for my kitchen. Wish that I had taken into consideration the distance from the back of faucet to sprayer in relation to my sink. Have received many compliments. Shipping was quicker than anticipated. January 2, 2011
