Product Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by from BIG fan I ordered this fan in Nov.; it was on backorder and didn't arrive until mid Jan. The crossbar was bent so I called the service number and they sent me another fan - I just had to return the first one. I got the second fan within a couple of days. About a week after the fan was installed one of the motors started making a clicking sound. I called the service dept. again and they said they would send out another motor. 3 weeks later and no new motor, so called again. Had a motor in a couple of days and my husband installed it. By mid March I had a working fan. The fan is huge (and I even got the smaller blades); you need a big room. The service dept. works okay; just too bad I had to contact them.
