Beautiful Lights, Great Price I searched for a very long time for new coach lights. I wanted something different and unique. These fit the bill. They are gorgeous! I've had neighbors stop by to ask about them. What I love is, not only they look good, but there is no glass so you cannot break them when you have to change the bulb. You also do not have to take them apart to replace a bulb. My last lights, I had to unscrew the bottom and remove it to replace the bulbS; ended up breaking the glass doing this. These lights only have 1 bulb instead of 3 like my last ones (another ++). And, it gets better ... because they are open at the bottom, NO BUGS collect inside of them! The customer service level was also fantastic. The lights were on backorder (No wonder! They are amazing.) so I had to work with CS. They not only called me back, but gave me an email address for a CS rep if I wanted to check the status of the shipment which I did and I got an email right back and a phone call! This sort of high level of service does not exist much anymore. Super impressed I had to write this review. Don't everyone go purchase these lights at once - I'm trying to be different and unique LOL. September 1, 2011
worth every penny This outdoor pendant replaced a very expensive Minka Lavery pendant that was installed incorrectly and developed frayed wires. I couldn't find someone who could rewire it cheaply so I decided to buy new. It was important to me that it came close to matching my other weathered bronze fixtures in coloring and style and also had easy access to the light bulb, something the original fixture did not have. I also wanted to have it at least look expensive. It was everything I wanted and more. I really like the "dark sky" feature and will consider it for other outdoor lighting purchases. DEFECTS / LIMITED WARRANTY

With the exception of certain series or model numbers which are specifically excluded from the tarnishing warranty and are specified on Designers Fountain’s current price list, Designers Fountain warrants the structure of it products only against defects for one year from date of invoice, tarnishing for six months from date of invoice, and this warranty is ineffective against improper installation and usage or abnormal conditions. Designers Fountain warrants for three months products stored or used in extremely damp areas or areas under abnormal weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, intense direct sunlight, and acid rain, where products may tend to tarnish easily. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, PERTAINING TO THE PRODUCTS SOLD UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. DESIGNERS FOUNTAIN DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
