    A. The Designers Fountain 96930 shade color is what they call a Satin Bisque.

  • What is the length of the s shaped rod? And do you have to use a straight rod with the s shaped rod to hang?

    A. The Designers Fountain 96930 arm ("s") is 9-1/4. It comes with 3 different sized rods (6, 12 & 18) you can use any combination or all three. The straight rods are what attach to the canopy.

  • Can I use this pendent on a sloped ceiling? Can I order another extension rod?

    A. The Designers Fountain 96930 can be hung from a sloped ceiling however we do not carry the replacement rods for this item.

  • If purchasing multiple pendants, is there a matching track to mount them onto?

    A. The Designers Fountain 96930 is a single point independent pendant light. It will not be mounted on a track. If you are looking for track-type lighting, you would want to go with a brand such as WAC or Tech lighting. Thank you for your question.

  • Are there any extension rods you can suggest that will go with these pendants? I bought the designers fountain 72" extension but the diameter is too big.

Gorgeous but some installation trouble These lights look great over the pennisula in my new kitchen. We have eight foot ceilings in our home so we had to do a bit of work to get the extension pieces to fit the hieght we wanted. My husband had to re tap the ends so that they would screw on to the other size rods that came with the kit. Luckily, he's handy like that and even got to buy himself a new tool to boot. Althought the color is described and rubbed bronze, I definitely think they look pretty close to black. March 24, 2009

DEFECTS / LIMITED WARRANTY

With the exception of certain series or model numbers which are specifically excluded from the tarnishing warranty and are specified on Designers Fountain’s current price list, Designers Fountain warrants the structure of it products only against defects for one year from date of invoice, tarnishing for six months from date of invoice, and this warranty is ineffective against improper installation and usage or abnormal conditions. Designers Fountain warrants for three months products stored or used in extremely damp areas or areas under abnormal weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, intense direct sunlight, and acid rain, where products may tend to tarnish easily. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, PERTAINING TO THE PRODUCTS SOLD UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. DESIGNERS FOUNTAIN DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
