  • What is the cost for additional 18"rods ? We are using these on a cathedral ceiling and need to custom cut the down rods for three to be at the same height. Does the design of the connection allow the down rods to be cut and assembled ?

    A. We do not recommend cutting the downrods as they will not be able to thread into one another. Additional 6" downrods are available- the part number is ST06AO.

    A. The Designers Fountain 94030 is technically only compatible with the glass shade that comes with the unit. However, if you are able to find a regular shade that would fit on the fixture, then you could most certainly use that as well.

Affordable Good Quality Pendants These pendants were ordered, two to hang over my island, one over my kitchen sink. They arrived sooner than expected and they were very affordable compared to other options out there. When I opened the box, I was concerned that the glass was too yellowy / brown and would look terrible in our kitchen with ivory cabinets and oil rubbed bronze fixtures. In fact, they went perfectly with our granite counter top and when turned on, give off a very warm glow that looks fantastic in our kitchen! Great buy, affordable, excellent quality. They come with three pole lengths that can be adjusted and even have a little screw on tilt piece for slanted ceilings if you need it! August 19, 2011
Great Pendant Find In comparing these kitchen pendant lights to other On line distributors as well as local distributors, they far exceeded my expectations. Pendant lights Excellent quality product! The lights were much better product than we were able to find at local lighting supply stores. The glass is thick and overall looks to be a much more expense product. Bronze finish was really good quality. Added value to our kitchen! April 23, 2011

DEFECTS / LIMITED WARRANTY

With the exception of certain series or model numbers which are specifically excluded from the tarnishing warranty and are specified on Designers Fountain’s current price list, Designers Fountain warrants the structure of it products only against defects for one year from date of invoice, tarnishing for six months from date of invoice, and this warranty is ineffective against improper installation and usage or abnormal conditions. Designers Fountain warrants for three months products stored or used in extremely damp areas or areas under abnormal weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, intense direct sunlight, and acid rain, where products may tend to tarnish easily. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, PERTAINING TO THE PRODUCTS SOLD UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. DESIGNERS FOUNTAIN DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
