Is there any part of Delta 57530 made of plastic?

The Delta 57530 product is designed to be connected behind the shower head. What additional parts do I need to connect it to the deverter valve mounted behind the wall? Is there a wall mounted trim kit?
A. If you want to connect the Delta 57530 behind the showerhead, you will want to purchase shower arm diverter 50650. If you want to use a diverter valve and trim, you will need to purchase that trim and valve as well as a wall supply elbow.

Does the Delta 57530 hand shower come with the flow control or do I need to purchase this item separately?

Can this hand shower be purchased as a deck mount (not wall mount), with the hose going into the tub lip and only being pulled out as needed?
