Terrible waste of money and time
Purchased this faucet two and a half years ago. Had to contact tech support three times when flow rate in faucet decreased so significantly that the water was a trickle. Was sent replacement head, after removing flow-restrictor did not improve performace....same result. Within 2 years, the "stainless steel" was flaking off the ball connection to the handle. Tech support sent a replacement faucet, but I did not want to replace a bad faucet with another bad faucet.
For the past year, I've noticed small, curved rusted, metal shards collecting in the aerator screen.
I replaced the original faucet today with a Moen pull down faucet. Out of curiosity, I cut open the sprayer hose on the Danze faucet to try to find out what those metal shards were. What I discovered was unbelievable: the hose at the sprayer end was PACKED with metal shards which appeared to be from an iron coil INSIDE THE WATER HOSE!!! Who puts an iron coil inside a water supply line????
The mystery of the reduced water flow was solved, since the shards were so packed at the head-end of the hose, that it is surprising that ANY water managed to get through.
I did not want to give this product ANY stars, but was required to give at least one.
I might have tried to replace the supply hose to the sprayer head and salvage this faucet, except that the disintergration of the "stainless steel" on the faucet would have necessitated a full replacement of the faucet in the very near future.
Bottom line: This is a very attractive looking kitchen faucet that will give you nothing but headaches and will need replacement within 3 years.
PS: The soap dispenser from the same line has an interent design flaw: water (from wet hands or errant sprays) seeps down into the liquid soap reservoir, diluting and contaminating the soap. Steer clear of this product as well.

Very Disappointed
Paid extra for the SS version 2-1/2 years ago. Had expected this faucet to outlast me. By the end the second year the "plating", was flaking off the plastic spout, the plating was corroding on the screw-on retainer for the cartridge, water was leaking from where the plastic threaded fitting was pressed into the spout-not where the spout attaches to the supply fitting-and the faucet was dripping.
Have sent the company two e-mails regarding warranty replacement of these parts with no response.
My first and last Danze product.

Love this faucet
You will love it too. It's perfect. The pull-out feature works great, the spray action is terrific, the size and style look great in my kitchen, and the handle is awesome for messy cooking, as you can turn on the water without using your whole hand. I highly recommend it.

Love my faucet
Faucet looks and works great. It was a great investment, I was afraid to order in the internet, but delivery and condition was perfect and I could not match the price locally.

beautiful and well-made
We replaced an older, and very cheaply made faucet in our kitchen. This Danze model is beautiful and very solid. I love the clean lines and that you don't have to hold the button to keep the spray on for the pull-out. We have a somewhat traditional kitchen with contemporary undertones and this works beautifully. LOVE IT!!

Extremely nice faucet
We ordered this faucet along with the soap dispenser and air gap. They all are very good quality and were very easy to install. Definitely dresses up the kitchen. Thanks!

This product looks good but the pull down spray does not retract and stay in place so the faucet hangs loose which is very annoying. Further the rubber tab that changes the water flow to a spray, is awkwardly placed and difficult to depress. For me, failure of these features overshadows the positive elements of the faucet.

enhances my kitchen
I love my Danze faucet. The sleek modern style enhances my granite counter tops. The faucet works well, easy to use, no dripping, etc. The price was well within my budget. I am very satisfied with Danze and would purchase additional faucets from this manufacturer.

A Wonderful Faucet!!
Just what our kitchen needed! Took me a few hours to install this beauty, but that's because I needed to install new valves. Had an issue trying to tighten the faucet pipe, but called Danze customer service and easily solved the problem. This faucet is nicer in appearance than the photos depict! Very pleased!

I had new granite countertops installed and the plumber came the next day. He only took a couple of minutes to install the Danze faucet It took longer for him to put back the disposer.
The faucet looks wonderful on my new countertops. We have had many compliments.
