we installed the this double towel rack, it looks great, but keeps falling off the wall. The anchor brackets stay in place, but the actual towel bar falls off. Can you help us?

Perfect for my needs
I had another double towel rack that was incredibly difficult to install and ended up falling off the wall. This one matched the style of the other hardware in the room well enough and I loved the mounting hardware! Went up easily and has stayed in place! I wish I could go ahead and replace the rest of the hardware to match, but I'm very happy with this one.
