The photo and specification show metal cross handles which is what we want but the "technical specs" on the right side of the page lists the handle style as "metal lever". Which is correct or are both available?

Great, at first . . .
I loved the Opulence kitchen faucet in antique copper but it has not withstood the test of time. Not too long after we began using the faucet, it began to show tarnish and permanent dark spots. I had another Danze faucet which I tried to polish when the copper tarnished but it only took off some of the clear finish and made matters worse. This would only be good if you want an aged looking copper.
Also, the kitchen faucet slowly lost almost all water pressure. Only a small trickle comes out. Our plumber took the faucet off, checked it out, and reconnected it to no avail. He said there is something wrong inside the faucet. The lines are clear and the sprayer works so it is not a problem with the water coming into the faucet.
We started having problems after the faucet was 6 years old. Will be calling Danze to see if they stand behind their warranty.

I recently purchased the Danze D404557. It is as powerful and reliable as it is beautiful. It is the crowning jewel on my brand new kitchen!
