  • Do I need a additional rough in valve? I can't tell if one is included.

    A. The Danze D221544 is a lavatory faucet. Lavatory faucets rarely require additional valves since their cartridges are already part of the fixture. You do not need anything else for this faucet to funtion.

  • What does the person mean no Aerator?

    A. The Danze D221544 is considered a natural water stream it does not have an aerator at the end of the faucet to even out the flow.

  • Since the Danze D22154 is considered a natural water stream, does that mean the flow will come out with not much force?

    A. This depends on the PSI of your water lines, at 80 PSI this faucet runs at 2.5 Gallons per minute.

  • The feature list says "all brass pop-up drain assembly" yet the specs make no mention of a pop-up drain and there is no pop-up drain handle visible in the picture. Please verify that this faucet has a pop-up lever and that the drain assy is included in the purchase.

  • what do you do to get the faucet to make all hot water, or all cold? i bought this faucet and it only goes back and forth, for temp... how to turn it on and off, so that the handle is 90 degrees? does this make sense?

    A. The handle for the Danze D221544 will also rotate 25 degrees out to the side, as well as rotating back and forth.

Nice product ordered 2. one of the faucet drains was cracked inside and I have tried to get a new one ordered? Still don't have an answer from faucetdirect? Otherwise the 1 that works looks great and works well. if you have a shallow sink you will want to be cautious as it doesn't have a filter which will reduce the water flow and this comes out with full pressure (based on house water pressure) April 15, 2011

No aerator Yesterday afternoon, I wrote a long complaint regarding this particular faucet because it did not have an aerator and splashed water all over my new granite counter top, mirror and clothes. Even though it splashes, I think it is beautiful and of quality construction. As of 9AM today, Danze has agreed to allow me to return these two beautiful faucets and select two others with aerators. I am very pleased with their quick response. I should have allowed more time between my first phone contact with Danze and my long winded complaint letter. My mistake. I hope this message gets posted and Danze does not suffer from my first review. I would still not recommend this particular faucet because it does not have an aerator. A similar model does have the aerator D223544. I recommend Danze and all other manufacturers make it a point to let you know if there are aerators in their faucets or not. November 5, 2009
