    A. The Danze D151557 Faucet can be installed in up to 2" thick countertops.

    A. The Danze D151557 comes in Satin Black, which is in fact a black finish and does not contain any brown.

    A. Currently only the Polished Nickel and Polished Brass have a PVD finish but all Danze finishes carry lifetime warranties.

  • Is the color on the oiled rubbed bronze really black or does it have more of a brownish tint?

    A. Danze's Oil Rubbed Bronze finish is characterized as a medium or mocha brown finish. There are subtle hints of copper accenting.

  • can i find out how user friendly the satin black finish is, is it warranted, how do you clean it. i don't want to see water spots etc (as can be w/ stainless -- after a while it no longer 'cleans' up well)

    A. The Danze faucets use a Physical Vapor Deposition process to bond the finish to the raw brass and should hold up without any finish wear with regular use. A great all-natural household cleaner for water spots is a 50/50 White Vinegar-Distilled Water with a splash of lemon juice. The Danze faucets are warrantied for life; should you notice any significant finish blemishes they will send replacement parts or a complete faucet out at no charge.

  • Can the handle be installed on the front as well as left? what is the circumference or total 'swing' necessary, I only have a 2" clearance.

    A. The D151557 can be installed with the handle the front, back, left, or right. For tight installations often times a front-handed application would work best. If you install as a left or right hand application you will need roughly an 1 15/16" clearance.

    A. The Danze D151557 does swivel.

    A. The antique copper will be a closer match.

  • Does this have a side sprayer available?

    A. Danze does not have a matching side sprayer that goes with this faucet. Depending on the finish you are getting you can get a side sprayer by a different brand. The best finish to match up is chrome.

  • Can you get this faucet in polished nickel?

    A. The Danze D151557 is not available in polished nickel.

    A. The Danze D151557 and the D401557 are styled slightly differently, are different sizes, and the D401557 comes with a side spray.

Granite guy loved it We installed this faucet with White Spring granite, a Premier copper sink, and copper pulls. The granite installer just loved the faucet, and was incredulous when we showed him the FaucetDirect price (he asked). The faucet is now the focal point of our wet bar.
