Installation Difficult
This product came with a lot of "preparation". Each of the crystals had to be screwed on. One broke while installing it. There were a few spares, and I am grateful for that. The most difficult aspect was the mounting of the chandelier. It took a few hours, unless you hire an electrician. Product was a little flimsy, and one of the candle arms was a little bent. (Still haven't figured out how to straighten it out?) Overall, it looks wonderful in my diningroom. I was attracted to it because of it's unique style. It looks like a million bucks!
