great product and service The lights are just as shown in the photo and of good quality. Unfortunately, one of the 3 lights we ordered had a small crack in the front glass high up in the corner - most likely missed at the factory. I contacted Lighting Direct about getting a replacemenet piece of glass so that we wouldn't need a return shipment. After contacting the company LightingDirect informed me that I could keep the damaged light (no need to ship) and a new one would be shipped at no extra charge. We received it the next day! Amazing customer service! June 9, 2011
Solid Construction Purchased 2 of these and the Craftmade Z3721CF hanging fixture. They have a very nice weight and solid construction. Even the glass is held in place very well. The picture on the web is exactly how it looks in the day. The amber glass inside is very pale. At night the fixture gives a bright warm glow to the entry. Really like that they are CF's. Would buy Craftmade again, and again using Lighting Direct as my source. Very pleased with the product and the service. November 10, 2009

Craftmade warrants against defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of TWO (2) YEARS from date of purchase for use, and agrees to repair or, at our option, replace a defective unit without charge.

IMPORTANT: This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care (as listed on the instructions), the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, alteration of any attachments factory installed, loss of parts or subjecting the fixture to any but the specified electrical service.

This warranty does not cover failure of bulbs due to accidents, abuse, misuse, vandalism, power surges, and acts of nature such as lightning damage or any bulbs purchased separately and installed by the consumer or any damage to the fixture caused by a separately purchased bulb.

No responsibility is assumed for any special incidental or consequential damages. Damages occurring during transit are not covered by this warranty.

To obtain warranty service, mail sales receipt as proof of purchase-date, and a brief explanation of the nature of the defect, to P.O. Box 1037, Coppell, TX 75019. You will receive, by mail, a Return Goods Authorization number issued by Craftmade, and returned freight prepaid.
