  • What light kit works with this fan?

    A. The Craftmade Metro can be used with many different light kits. The LKE48CFL and LK35CFL are 2 options that can be used.

  • Can this be installed flush without the downrods?

    A. The Craftmade Metro can be installed with the close mount kit & would provide for a Semi-flush mounting.

  • What would the measurement be from the ceiling to the bottom of the fan with a close-mount kit (no light). What is the cost of this kit? What is the cost of a remote for this fan?

    A. The Craftmade Metro measurement is 22.25 inches. A remote is UC2000. Any of the light kits would go with this fan.

    A. The Craftmade Metro does not come with an up light in the base.

  • What is the color of the second color blade above?

    A. If I understand you correctly, you're looking at the 6 additional images. The second image features the walnut colored blades.

  • can we get a longer down rod with this fan other than what it comes with? Our ceilings are 20' what do you recommend?

    A. If you need a longer down rod you should search "craftmade down rod" on our website and it will pull up all of the different lengths. You need the oiled bronze finish.

  • Do you happen to have a photo of the fan with the flush mount? I am wondering if the tripod is removed.

    A. The Craftmade Metro when flush mounted uses a close mount tri-pod mounting kit for semi-flush mounts but cannot be flush mounted. Unfortunately we do not have a picture of this.

Warranty

Craftmade warrants against defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of TWO (2) YEARS from date of purchase for use, and agrees to repair or, at our option, replace a defective unit without charge.

IMPORTANT: This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care (as listed on the instructions), the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, alteration of any attachments factory installed, loss of parts or subjecting the fixture to any but the specified electrical service.

This warranty does not cover failure of bulbs due to accidents, abuse, misuse, vandalism, power surges, and acts of nature such as lightning damage or any bulbs purchased separately and installed by the consumer or any damage to the fixture caused by a separately purchased bulb.

No responsibility is assumed for any special incidental or consequential damages. Damages occurring during transit are not covered by this warranty.

To obtain warranty service, mail sales receipt as proof of purchase-date, and a brief explanation of the nature of the defect, to P.O. Box 1037, Coppell, TX 75019. You will receive, by mail, a Return Goods Authorization number issued by Craftmade, and returned freight prepaid.
