What is the depth of this fixture? The photo is too light to see the globe. Is it square or round on the bottom and also, can this be hung either up or down?

Good light fixture
The quality and surface finish were good enough for the price. The ceramic nut that holds on the glass share is VERY difficult to tighten up, there is very little room for your hand to work in there. I would recommend installing the shade to the lamp before you install lamp to the wall! The styling is perfect of our application.
