What is the difference between the GC-9 and the GC-9L Arroyo Craftsman lamps?

A. The Arroyo Craftsman GC-9 is 9.75" tall and 7" wide. The Arroyo GC-9L is 12.75" tall and is 7" wide. The letter "L" in Arroyo Craftsman fixtures generally signifies the large version.

what part of the width is 7"? when I order the color, is the bottom part always white and the top section the colors?

A. The Arroyo Craftsman GC-9 width is 9 inches (measurement across). The 6 1/2" listed is for the width of the mounting plate. As far as the glass you can choose whether you would want all of the glass to be one color or you can choose one that is two different colors for the top and the bottom.

Hi- where is the 7" width? the lit part?-- because it says the mounting base is 6 1/2.

A. The Arroyo Craftsman GC-9 is actually nine inches in width from its largest piece (the top plate on the light measured across.) The mounting piece which is the piece on the bottom of the unit is what is 6.5".
