  • Does this fixture use incandescent bulbs and how do you change the bulbs? Is the glass solid white or is it yellowish or swirly?

    A. The Alico Lighting BV714-10 is a halogen light. The bulb base is called a T3. Halogen lights give off more of a white light than a yellowish color. The shades are called Alabaster, they do have a swirly quality to them and are warm.

  • Is the bottom of the glass open to allow for direct down light?
