    A. The Air King AS50 is only manufactured to be used in a bathroom setting. For your cooking fumes you will want to go with a range hood.

    A. The Air King AS50 could be put in this box but you will need to find a way to fill in the extra space.

Nice...But not a good fit Dimensions not true to the box size. Should have read manf. spec. sheet instead of listed dimensions. Would have fit fine if true to listed size. Created alot more work then necessary to install. Overall the fan is nice for the money. December 29, 2010
Air King AS50...Very Good! This was a new install in a manufactured home. Installation went smoothly (connection wires could have been a tad bit longer) but I was able to get my paw in the opening and make it work. Fan is quiet and does a good job. The price was excellent compared to the box stores. Shipping was lightning fast! Would recommend this supplier in the future. October 25, 2010
I could have used more info This was a replacement for a 40+ year old Air King of similiar size and capacity in the same location. Nothing on the pictures or the specifications for this exhaust fan clearly showed where the electric box area was on the new fan. After I opened the box for the new fan and removed the old one, the box area was on the opposite (far side) from the old one and the electric wiring did not reach the box area on the new one. I needed to install an additional electic box in the rafters to pigtail electic wiring to reach the new box. More effort than I was planning for. The exhaust fan works well and is somewhat quieter than the old one and the price was right. October 1, 2010

EFFECTIVE FOR ALL AIR KING PRODUCTS SOLD AFTER JANUARY 1ST 2010

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS: This product is warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

HOW LONG THIS WARRANTY LASTS: This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and lasts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase or until the original purchaser of the product sells or transfers the product, whichever first occurs.

WHAT AIR KING WILL DO: During the warranty period, Air King will, at its sole option, repair or replace any part or parts that prove to be defective or replace the whole product with the same or comparable model.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: This warranty does not apply if the product was damaged or failed because of accident, improper handling or operation, shipping damage, abuse, misuse, unauthorized repairs made or attempted. This warranty does not cover shipping costs for the return of products to Air King for repair or replacement. Air King will pay return shipping charges from Air King following warranty repairs or replacement.
