Poor Quality
Poor quality control original fixture arrived with 2 broken parts (not glass). Called for replacement which was handled wonderfully. Second fixture also arrived with one of the same broken pieces. Between the 2 had enough parts to rebuild fixture. I would have returned all however had already paid to have 2 matching fixtures installed.

Customer service - item quality
Fixture arrived damaged - It was a manufacturer defect and not a Lighting Direct problem - Lighting direct customer service was beyond helpful - received new fixture and entire transaction was wonderful - Beware that lamp glass is MUCH darker than photo - not ivory in color at all and is more a dark caramel color which works fine for me! All in all an A+ transaction
